How we help...
No school. Without school no education. Without education no job. Without job no secure livelihood. This is the vicious circle in Africa many children are in.
We were able to get 9 from 29 children to Secondary School. These schools are located so far away from the orphanage that the children can't be there but during the school holidays. For the rest of the year they stay at the schools. It's us who pay the yearly school fee for these 9 children.
Besides, we pay for school uniforms and books. We take care of necessary building projects as well as anything that might be needed for the children's well-being. All this is financed by donations. (link: school system education in Kenya, which school which children go to, school fee)
With our projects we help people to help themselves, because educated children take care of their country's future.
